The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for improvement of the conditions of those employed as Wisconsin Troopers, Inspectors and Police Communication Operators, including supervisors (first line supervisors through superintendent) and retirees, the development of a higher degree of efficiency in such occupation and foster activities which promote law enforcement and public safety and the good of the community.

The Wisconsin Troopers' Association is proud to sponsor the annual Art and Essay Contest. Congratulations to the all the recipients for the 2008 Art & Essay Contest! On April 5th, these students were personally commended for their excellent achievement at an Awards Ceremony in Wisconsin Dells. Wisconsin State Patrol Superintendent David Collins, Representative J.A. "Doc" Hines and Wisconsin Troopers' Association President Glen Jones were guest speakers for the event. During the presentation of awards, all the artwork was displayed and a phrase of an essay was read to give each recipient a chance to be seen and hear.
